1) Chief Executive Officer

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age– Not below 35 years.
  • Qualifications– Candidate shall be Graduate, preferably with
  1. Qualification CAIIB, Diploma in Banking and Finance/ Diploma in Co-operative Business Management or equivalent qualification or
  2. Chartered Accountant /Cost Accountant/ M.B.A. or
  3. Post-Graduation in any discipline.
  • Experience – Candidate should have combined experience of at least 8 years at (G.M, D.G.M) Senior management level in Co-operative /Commercial Banks. The candidates should have good knowledge of credit, audit, compliance, operation, legal, RBI guidelines.
  • Skills – Proven strategic leadership, professional management skills commercial acumen and demonstrated experience in IT driven banking will add value to the candidate’s profile.
  • Candidate must fulfill “Fit and Proper” criteria of RBI, as mentioned in 1, 2 & 3 herein above.

Service condition shall be commensurate with industry standards and remuneration is no bar for the suitable candidate. The initial appointment may be at least for three years but not more than five years or till the attainment of age 65 years and will be subject to annual performance appraisal and will be governed by the extant guidelines issued by RBI.

 

2) General Manager

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age– Maximum 50 years.
  • Qualifications– Candidate shall be Graduate, preferably with
  1. Qualification in banking/ Co-operative Banking such as CAIIB, JAIIB, Diploma in Banking and Finance/ Diploma in Co-operative Business Management or equivalent qualification or
  2. Chartered Accountant /Cost Accountant/ M.B.A. c) Post Graduation in any discipline.
  • Experience- Minimum 10 years of Branch Manager or Middle Management / Minimum 5 years of Senior Management level experience having worked with co-operative Banks/Nationalized Banks having knowledge of Banking operations, credit, compliance, audit, IT, legal etc.

 

3) Deputy General Manager

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age– Maximum 50 years.
  • Qualifications– Candidate shall be Graduate, preferably with
  1. Qualification in banking/ Co-operative Banking such as CAIIB, JAIIB, Diploma in Banking and Finance/ Diploma in Co-operative Business Management or equivalent qualification or
  2. Chartered Accountant /Cost Accountant/ M.B.A. c) Post Graduation in any discipline.
  • Experience- Minimum 10 years of Branch Manager or Middle Management / Minimum 5 years of Senior Management level experience having worked with co-operative Banks/Nationalized Banks having knowledge of Banking operations, credit, compliance, audit, IT, legal etc.

 

 4) Chartered Accountant

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age- Below 45 Years
  • Qualifications-C. A
  • Experience- For this post, the candidate should have 3 years’ experience in the field of banking or finance.
  • Should have thorough knowledge & understanding of accounting, transactions, maintenance, of books of accounts, reconciliation, investment, treasury, funds management, ALM, regulatory reporting.

 

5) Chief Information Technology Officer (IT)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age– Not above 45 years of age on the date of advertisement.
  • Qualifications– BE / B. TECH in Computer Engineering from Recognized Indian University.
  • Experience: –
  1. Minimum 10 years of IT environment and Minimum 5 years in monitoring supervisory role with co-operative Banks/Nationalized Banks having Knowledge of Banking IT System.
  2. Exposure to the RBI regulations cyber security framework and compliance requirements.
  3. Exposure to all sub-domain of IT and hands on experience of handling large scale IT Projects.
  4. Exposure to digital banking and e-commerce integrations.
  5. Strong decision making, multitasking skills and team management.

  • Job Description: – An IT leadership role in a strong and growing co-operative / commercial bank, Opportunity to head end to end IT and work directly with the management. Reporting to CEO
  • Job Responsibilities: –
  1. Serve as the Bank’s lead information security officer, overseeing all security initiatives, policies, and procedures.
  2. Develop, implement, and monitor information security policies and procedures.
  3. Develop and implement information security strategies including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, and cyber security awareness and training.
  4. Translate IT security risks into actionable requirements.
  5. Develop and maintain an information security budget and oversee the rollout.
  6. Research emerging security threats and vulnerabilities and advise Management on appropriate countermeasures.
  7. Create and implement strategic plans to secure the Bank’s IT infrastructure.
  8. Perform risk assessment and vulnerability analysis.
  9. Promote the Bank’s information security reputation.
  10. Evaluate security adequacy of third-party service providers.
  11. Develop and implement security incident response plans.
  12. Monitor and audit IT infrastructure.
  13. Be responsible for compliance to IT security policies as well as regulatory prescriptions.
  14. Evaluate the cost efficiency of emerging technologies and assess their applicability to various business and technology solutions.
  15. Evaluate digital products, programs and software prior to implementation.
  16. Conduct Audits as per RBI guidelines.

 

6) Branch Manager

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age- Not below 40 years of age on the date of advertisement.
  • Qualifications- B.com ,M.com, JAIIB / CAIIB Or Equivalent Professional Qualification.
  • Experience- CBS Operating Banks Branch Manager / Middle Management Level. Min 5 Years’ Experience
  • MS-Office and Excel must.
  • Knowledge of banking operations, processes , laws.
  • Handling of branch staff & proper coordination team work.
  • Submission of returns / MIS
  • Achieve business targets.
  • Marketing of business for the bank including visits to existing prospective customers.
  • Branch records & account, books maintenance.
  • Timely compliance & resolution of audit queries.

 

Note:- For Pune , Bank shall give preference to local (Pune city)candidates.

 

      **   The Age & Qualification may be relaxed in case of most deserving candidates.
